iSpectrum richtet sich an Personen mit Autismus-Spektrum-Störungen (ASS). Ziel des Projekts ist das berufsbezogene Training sozialer Kompetenzen. Personen mit milderen Formen von Autismus oder Asperger Syndrom sollen auf diese Weise befähigt werden, leichter in das Berufsleben einzutreten. Das soziale Kompetenztraining findet in einer virtuellen Arbeitsumgebung statt.
iSpectrum aims to improve the work based social interaction skills of people with Autism, Aspergers and other related special needs through a virtual work environment to increase their chances of gaining employment.
