Research Profile

The Innovation in Learning Institute (ILI) researches on innovation in processes of learning, education and the development of competences predominantly from a systemic perspective and in interaction with basic processes like demographic, technological and societal change. Here learning is the process, education the institutionalisation and the development of competences the result of the same field of research.

Based on the background and experiences of FIM NewLearning since 1976, the following six research lines have developed.
